Placemats for the perfect table setting, colourful and fun. The technique used is called ”cesteria en rollo” using Fique fibers, a very popular material in South America. The community that does them, in Guacamayas, is traditionally known for the production of a distinctive type of artisanal baskets that stand out for their multicolor patterns.
These placemats are heat resistant, you can use them to serve hot pots or refractory.
